Transit Wireless, LLC is a limited liability company comprised of Broadcast Australia, Dianet Communications, Inc. and Nab/Q-Wireless, LLC.

Transit Wireless was formed specifically to respond to the Metropolitan Transit Authority’s Request for Proposals to design, market, install, own, operate and maintain a neutral, shared wireless infrastructure to provide seamless, uninterrupted commercial wireless services to the MTA’s New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) riders within the 277 underground subway stations in New York City, and related opportunities. Transit Wireless will own and operate the subway station wireless communications network and will act as a neutral host for extending a variety of wireless carrier services to NYCTA’s more than 135 million passengers per month.
