Ahsan Ale-Rasool is part of the Sales & Solutions team at Transit Wireless with his role as a Director of Technical Solutions.

He is an inspirational & hands-on leader with experience in Solutions, Customer Sales, Operations & Management of Telecommunication Networks. Ahsan has been in the Telecomm industry for 25 + years with several years of experience in Senior Management, including People, Project & Customer Management as well as Engineering Delivery, Operations & sales.

Questions:

• What made you want to come work for Transit Wireless?
  • When the Transit Wireless team approached me, I was amazed by their inclusiveness and a sense of camaraderie as I was interviewed by the Senior Leadership. Each one of them showed exceptional team spirit and a sense of cross functional support. That created a feeling for an environment which is very conducive for growing, learning, and delivering the business.
• What keeps you excited to come to work?
  • It is the amazing teamwork that keeps me motivated. Daily activities can get repetitive, but the interworking of the team and being able to bounce off ideas makes it all worthwhile. My co-workers keep me engaged and actively encourage me to grow.
• What is the best project you have worked on?
  • The best projects I have worked on within Transit Wireless would have to be all the research and development we’ve conducted on expansion projects for customers. These projects allow me to learn newer aspects of Telecomm Deployment. I am excited to bring more connectivity and smart city functionality to our customers.
